Russert's testimony was more contradictory than Libby's, why wasn't he indicted?

Fitzpatrick had exculpatory evidence on day one that cleared Libby, but he chose to press on, while at the same time imploring Powell and Armitage to keep their mouths shut. That is just what Nifong did!

Why Bush didn't grant a full pardon is baffling. Sure, Dems and the lamestream media would get outraged and all that, but who cares?
