Rumsfield was the Secretary of Defense..the #1 military advisor to the President.....you are trying to deny that...Powel had nothing to do with the conversation..

and again, I asked to to provide proof that Cheney or rice were advising the President on tactics...and all you could do is whine about what you think should have been done....
