I am here because I have owned shares longer than you have been a member on SI. Also looking at your profile nearly all of your posts are on ACHI. Is this the only stock you own? Youre right too, the only things that will be fact after the RS are 91 million outstanding, 1 billion authorized plus another 1 billion preferred. Thats it, 91 million outstanding, 2 billion there for some unknown reason. What's weird is I just ask questions based on facts, and some people think I am negative. Maybe the facts just arent positive to begin with. Who knows. Only a couple more weeks til the 10q.
