Lt COlonel Kwiatkowski was in charge of Libya Intelligence Reports for the Pentagon. Look it up. She slcearly stated that her report showing Gaddafi was no longer any threat whatsoever, was totally rewritten with lies by Cheney's people in order to prepare for the phony photo op oil deal. If you believe a word Bushies say about the Libya hoax you are an idiot. or just plain dishonest as they are. Crooked to the core.
