The Saudi's have all the leverage they want, they can reduce exports and send oil up 50%. What would it take, take 1 mbpd off the market, maybe less.

If Iraq stops exporting oil prices are over $100.

We wont be leaving Iraq unstable because its not good for us or Saudia Arabia.
