i didn't like clinton... relative to a human. i like him a lot relative to the chimp (tm), though. as an aside, usa today published a study that said the average household in the usa owes over $500k if corporate accounting practices were used on the federal level. this is just federal. state and local will add to that number. the chimp argues they don't need to follow those rules b/c they control the standing army and the big weapons.
