I just spoke with Carolyn Tedesco, the President at Trans Securities International - the former transfer agent. At first, she said that certain documents required for their (Olympus') company profile were not received on a timely basis. Then she said it was some of each - documents required for the profile and documents required for them to perform their (the TA's) function. I asked her if this was a recent or an on-going "problem". "Some of each" she said.

She would not be any more specific than that. So I do not know exactly what documents these were or what documents they require. Given the actions of prior management (before Mr. Morgan came on board), it wouldn't surprise me a bit if they were slow in providing requested documents.

I will say this. Both the woman who answered the phone and Ms. Tedesco sounded very defensive.

Could it be they just tired of processing certs?? Could they be defensive-sounding after receiving a call from Kugler? After all, we know only too well how he comes across! Could it be they decided to "resign" after being told the company was switching TA's??

I didn't find them willing at all to say anything more. It's entirely possible they didn't perform their function to Olympus' satisfaction. I seriously doubt they would portray themselves in any bad light. It would be appropriate to think, in my opinion, that Olympus could have found them to be less than satisfactory in processing the certs - remember the "skeleton crew" while most of them went to Las Vegas? And there's the fact that they "ran out of paper"! I certainly don't think anything final or absolutely definitive can be assumed from one phone conversation.

And yes, Kugler did call them.
