Jeffrey...Your not a lawyer. Why would I care what your take is on these filings? The judge will sort this out. Do you seem to think your legal opinions are somehow important or will make a difference? No one's internet legal mumblings mean squat including yours and mine. I like that Turek told them to "stick it". Is that OK with you Jeffrey? You're a smart guy Jeffrey but calling me silly is not very smart. Why not wait till Thursday's done and then see if your "expert" legal opinions mean squat? I must say, your take on the patents is just yours.
