If James P. Toohey has agreed to be deposed in St. Louis, Missouri, why is Turek trying to quash the deposition? If Toohey volunteers to talk to the attorneys for the Murphy entities will Turek be able to stop him legally, and if so on what grounds? James P. Toohey is listed on the Plasticon web site as - "Executive Consultant to the President" plasticonintl.com Is he still in that position or has he resigned?
