Our firm has been reselling IBM's E-commerce software since it was in Beta. It is a non-event for E-DATA. IBM simply announced a new release of their Net.Commerce software, and different packaging/pricing options. Furthermore, the software does not utilize any of E-DATA's technology or violate their patents. Net.Commerce is a software package used to quickly author and run storefronts/malls on the web. I could go on with features, but it would be off-topic.
