Roger Stone, the CEO and Chairman, is on record that the acquisition of the IP assets was a "first step." On two previous occasions he has built up companies and sold them off.

Stone, particularly when he ran Stone Container, was a relatively high profile figure in the Chicago metropolitan area. I was surprised that the Stone Arcade IPO and the subsequent acquisition attracted only a minimal amount of local coverage. As a group, the blank check companies have not attracted a lot of coverage in the main stream media, even though the last four years have seen 112 IPOs which have raised over $10 billion.
