Since I am on the other side of the world with a time difference to New York of eight hours and 11 hours to California - coupled with high phone rates - I have to rely on others here on SI to call companies.

I spent some time researching ZOMX. I was concerned about their margins the first two quarters - a bit over 4% (as I recall - could be wrong) first quarter and under 4% second quarter. I know they had to outsource some work second quarter which hurt margins, but they will have to hit 7% or 8% net margins to make their estimates.

In the end I decided to buy OVRL, a tape library company. I only heard about ZOMX because it is classified in roughly the same category. But I have ZOMX on my watch list. Watching NMBS earlier this year made me a bit leery. I like OVRL's relationships with IBM, Siemens and CA.
