Your response is understandable, yet it reflects the incredible difficulty that most Westerners have in grasping the actual fact of this issue... YES, I am clearly saying that, even in Saudi Arabia, our "friends of the West," they have been teaching this in elementary school for more than a generation, to hate America, to hate Israel, and to chant death to all who oppose their moslum ways... in fact, take a look at their school books, the map of the world doesn't even include Israel, nor is it even named as a country...
Not until the West is willing to open its eyes, now tightly shut, to the fact that islam has begun it's next crusade to conquer the world (as silly as it might sound to the Western ear), as they have tried 1,000 years ago, that we will never be able to subdue and eventually eliminate terrorism... as long as people continue to minimize this issue into smaller and more comfortable little pieces and dismiss it as just a civil war, or just a sibling rivalry, or just some rare fringe political faction, you and others will continue to wonder why these people have such a low regard for human life and are so willing to send their kids out to blow themselves up... it is obvious, that once these people have a nuclear device, they will use it immediately and without hesitation... all this talk is a complete waste of time, it reveals a sick over self indulgence, a destructive self absorption of the frivolous, an arrogant stupidity on our part to presume we have it figured out, but clearly we don't, and we continue to underestimate the ever growing threat...
No matter how much we in the West prefer to make ourselves believe that things will be okay, it will not be okay, that's only make believe... no matter how badly we want to feel good about things and tell ourselves that if we just leave things alone that problems will somehow automatically fix itself, then we'll only continue to kid ourselves, this is the same magical thinking little chidren engage when they make a wish... magic and wishing won't make it better, that's only for kids and for the immature among us... matters will continue to fester and get worse, much worse, until we address it and confront it... I submit to you that things will get far worse than you're even willing to imagine, our biggest domestic enemy is our own denial... unless we recognize what those people clearly intend and unless we take their spoken words seriously, we will surely be drawn into the next world war, in fact we're already well on our way... and to think it can't happen is clearly due to our own Western smugness, our collective arrogant stupidity I mentioned earlier... if you think this can't happen, think again...
