One big difference bet. FGII and UFAB is that the percentage of insider holding. FGII has over 58% of insider holding, while UFAB has only 30 something percent insider holding. Not to mention other effects of insider holding, such as boost outsider's confidence to own the stock etc., just to consider the number of floating shares. There is just no enough FGII shares on the market, but there is more than enough shares of UFAB floating on the market. This is such a simple matter of supply and demand. UTI is the same thing. The floating shares increase only after this secondary offering. So unless there are some BIG institutions start to follow this stocks, then more people want this stock, UFAB will be flat. There is just no comparison between FGII and UFAB right now, no comparison either between UFAB and other drilling stocks. Don't get me wrong. I wish it goes up. I am losing over $7000 in this dog right now.
