problems many here have had with the old TA... When my certs were running late I traced the problem from Schawb to the TA...to the DTC...then BACK to the TA again! As it turns out, the DTC had to send my 3000 share/cert back to the TA because they were never signed by the old TA! The person at Schawb I spoke with admitted that in 10+ years on the job she hardly ever heard of certs going to the DTC from the TA WITHOUT having the TA signature on them.

This may be BINGO! And why they sounded soooo defensive on the phone. My instincts say Olympus was simply dissatisfied with them, so they got a better TA!
