Dr. Sarman is looking for targets. Lets be honest here. The terrorists are assholes. They use box cutters and nails to terrorize folks and for what? Do they accomplish anything positive, no way. Their women are in burkas and their men foam at the mouth.
The west needs to adapt its tactics to counter morons and not geniuses as some in the press would like us to believe. These folks are primitives and although their attacks sometimes are effective, they represent a bankrupt people with a collective IQ that is non-existant. This is what Dr. Sarman worships. Could anyone with a brain send their Doctors off to mutilate innocents civilians by putting nails in the bombs? Its one thing if an insurgent does this or even a military under the gun but Doctors. The west has Docs without borders--the arabs have docs without compassion. This is the world that Dr. Sarman lives in--a world filled with hate based on an inferiority complex so large that it makes even doctors become murderers of innocent children.
