To All:

I have tried to find out information on the drop in value today,
and came away with a rumor that Atmel's management spoke at a luncheon
with Morgan Stanley and reiterated that visibility of the business
outlook was difficult to predict for the fourth quarter. However, the
company was comfortable with this quarter (3rd). That's all I could
find, and I hope that this is not the beginning of a larger decline
back down to $22. Anyone looking at the call options for September?
