well, I guess if we take the last interview at face values, they are already manufacturing parts for customers. the absence of any mention on oil pipe talks was conspicuous. also, buying into a R/S might be a smart short term trade if in fact the share price is reset at 7 times more. but I've never owned a stock that has split so the whole thing is a mystery to me. suffice it to say that the company has continued to prove through rigorous validation process, that LACC is the Low Cost Producer!
