There was a trade of 500,000 share at about 10:12 am today, for 0.099. Charts show an ask price. But it could be a bid price as well if different market makers are competing for this trade.

Major stockholder with over 500,000 shares is Renaissance Technology, who owned 691,000+ shares. We should be able to predict what is happening, by the pull back or nice move in the next few days?
