Child Watch to Progress Its Search for Missing Children via Child Watch Network
Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) -- Beginning in 1994, Child Watch launched investigative services to assist families of missing children and successfully recovered 26 children in the first year alone. Always striving to be innovative, Child Watch introduced prepaid phone cards with pictures of missing children in 1997 which became an immediate success and were responsible for the recovery of nine children in 2 years. The Home ID kit developed in 2002 also surpassed expectations. Toys R Us disbursed 350,000 kits to families, and, the following year, Shell Oil distributed 750,000 in June 2003. Eventually, Child Watch distributed Home ID kits in every state along with 45 countries worldwide and had to devote a full-time staff member to meet the demand for requested kits.

Our latest innovation features the newly developed Child Watch Network. This network will consist of thousands of digital screens and will work directly with law enforcement in the search of missing children. When Child Watch receives notification of a missing child, that information will be directly relayed to one or thousands of screens within two minutes. In the abduction of a child, every minute is crucial, and this state-of-the-art technology will offer unparalleled support in the minutes immediately following abduction which are the most vital.

"The Child Watch Network will serve as a considerable mean by which the community, network, and law enforcement can work cohesively to promote a constructive effort in the search and recovery of a missing child. We are proud to have Evans Systems working alongside us, and I believe our coordination will prove to be beneficial in our efforts," stated Don Wood, President of Child Watch.
