I've a buddy with a stone business, marble and granite countertops, etc. His entire crew below his office staff are illegals. He claims they are the only ones that will do the work, and he pays them well, for illegals. But I'm sure if he doubled his pay to what some of his competitors pay he could get Americans to do the work.

When he needs more workers, he doesn't run an ad, he asks his employees if they have any friends that need a job..

Multiply him by a million, and there's your problem..
