Those shares have been issued; I assume they're reflected in the
current shares outstanding listings (don't know why not).
That's what I used for my post--Tandem actual earnings/CPQ
Sh Outstanding. Unless I made a mistake somewhere, should
come in about .06 this quarter and .18 restated for the
last 12 mos. Maybe they're gonna write off .08 restructuring<ggg>.
