And here we were naive enough to think that last week's rise was due to, heh heh, *funamentals*... Boy, anyone who's not a cynic now is really in need of help.

I, for one, am miffed. We pegged their fair value at $8 to $9 a share earlier this year, but you'd think they'd get SOME kind of premium over that, especially in an all-stock buyout.

And GTIS is now down 1 and change to 11, which makes our SBYT worth 7 5/8, and that is NOT ENOUGH. If SBYT's pipeline is as good as they claim, they (and we) got a bad deal.

What this has done is give me a quick caffeine rush but robbed me of a lot of expected gains. Which, given the latest earnings screwup, is probably what I should settle for.

I suppose a bidding war is not out of the question, especially with the pipeline of properties a buyer would be getting and GTIS's low bid price. But the street is not impressed.
