re: I also think they are used in eye surgery... The excimer lasers used in eye surgery are ArF. Currentlly Lambda Physik owns this market and I don't foresee anyone gaining on them. It is important to note, that a lithography laser has dramatically different requirements than an eye laser....so, we should be cautious in forecasting potential sales in other markets. Cymer is wholly focused on the lithography market and I don't expect them to consider others due to priorities/commitments/and resource limitations. TS
