Hi Steve - New lurker here - really enjoy your board and the ides that you come up with. Just wondering if you would be so kind to comment on a REIT that I've been following for a while now. Its symbol is RAS - Rait Financial Trust - pays a heck of a div and has a superior track record for raising and paying the div. Exposure to sub-prime mkt seems to be minimal and the stock price has corrected quite a bit. Would you buy here? Thanx
