Well, it looks like they just took all the fun out of the Nov. 7 shareholders meeting. I am looking forward to hearing the details of this deal. I knew something was up today with the high volume of stock traded. FWIW: <<SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct 6 (Reuter) - Alanco Environmental Resources Corp and Harbinger Capital said Monday they reached a definitive agreement on a management structure and ''mutually satisfactory board slate'' for the upcoming shareholder meeting on November 7. The agreement averts a proxy battle between the two companies. Uner terms of the agreement, Dennis Schlegel will remain chairman of the board of directors of Alanco and Edward Maley, current Alanco president, will assume the additional role of temporary chief executive officer. >>
