I have never had a problem with an insurance company. YOur tripple billing story with a conference call that had to be set up to correct the error is a horror. I am sure you werent happy. The folks in the boat all had stories like that from what i have heard about the movie. Cuban medical care isnt bad you know. It is the one thing they do OK at.
