You need to see the movie. Those folks had 9/11 caused illnesses (since they had been working on site) - severe ones. I'd never compare paperwork problems to what they had. You've never had a billing problem with your insurer or medical provider? What insurance do you have? I don't know anyone who hasn't had a few problems.
