Lots of indian doctors in england ...their english and manners are better than that of most of the english.
PS its easy to knock national health insurance if you have private coverage paid by your employer....try it when you are earning 24000 a year and have to pay for insurance for a family of 4 .

Botom line ...people are too quick to condem that of which the have no experience.
