I have spoken with people born in every other widely inhabited continent. Communication skills vary widely by the person, and not necessarily by country of origin.

I choose doctors (which is a luxury not generally available under government provided health care) based upon their medical skills and reputation.

I already answered your question. The answer is still yes. The care was adequate.
