Clinton was never charged with or convicted of any crimes. (He was impeached by the house but not convicted by the senate).

Libby was charged and convicted.

Bill continues to misrepresent the facts when he says, "Bill Clinton did in fact enter into a plea bargain where he admitted breaking the law."

That statement is false. I stand by my principle that people ought to tell the truth, whatever their position on any given subject.
