I was trying to share my experience with Michael. Years later, I'm still stuck with your anger on SI, all for saying something impolite, but hardly hateful. I was trying to get across to Michael that he wouldn't want to be stuck with that- and what he said was much worse than what I said.

So in a way, you have helped me prove my point, and I thank you for it. You're the one posting hateful posts now, not me. I'm sure you feel you've got reasons to justify yourself- I certainly felt I had reasons for posting what I did. But in the end, if you piss someone off enough to follow you around and carp, does it matter if you had a good reason? You're lucky, I'm not likely to follow you around, but you can't always count on that.
