Why do you think Murphy's lawyers are so intent upon the patents when the assets alone will pay them off? Given your Pacer subscription, can you cite a reference proving the above referenced claim of yours? And then please explain how Murphy would be able to get his hands on said assets when Turek has a documented habit of not paying his bills? Recall Murphy already tried the forced auction route which precipitated the bankruptcy filing. And even if Turek freely handed over Pro-Mold, you are totally ignoring the liabilities that exceed the assets. But, of course, the horse is already out of the barn so, as Scion wrote, let's deal in reality here. - Jeff
