I figured everyone would stay out of that sparring match with Scion and RRM? Guess not...very enlightening though? Does the term collusion enter your mind after reading some of those posts? Darn legal stuff...hey?

Question? Folks been hinting that possibly some folks are going to jail? Actually, several folks you know have been threatening lawsuits? Yes? You have a interest in the law? Yes? So please enlighten me...this scenario has me confused and I know you have a legal website somewhere where you research this stuff? Yes?

Hypothetical situation since we're dealing with investors, brokers, internet posters, hedgies, MM's and people with interest in PLNI. Some are professionals so these threats could really have consequences? Yes?... so... lets just say...

If someone was charged and cut a deal and sanctioned for/by "NSDAQ for felonious activities" and was lucky enough to cut that deal with say a State Attorney...Would that stay a felony on their record? Are all these kinds of problems with the NSDAQ or others dealt with in New York? What if that person were a professional, say lawyer, doctor, licensed business professional or stock broker, and had their license revoked and say a substantial fine...Would that be something where they couldn't vote? What if that person repeated those activities would that prior problem hurt that person in the present or future? Would that be in the same jurest diction? Thanks for your help...
