Actually..it was the people NOT adhering to religious beliefs that ADVANCED the World. There would be NO Western Hemisphere if people had adhered to religious beliefs. There would be NO modern science and none of us could have been expected to live past 40 if everyone had adhered to religious beliefs. You SAY that you believe in the BIBLE, but I'll BET that you won't refuse to take the "valve of a pig" if you ever have to have open heart surgery.
