Rumor has it that ARRS has a new product that does media storage for half hour commercials for cable operators to sell local business that needed home shopping facilities(hsn.net type business). The business potential is not known or predictable; but broadcasting station sells half hour slots for $50,000. So, the stock is downgraded, yet UBS targeted it for $19 up from $18. It could depend largely on the precanned software needed to help local business to develop the half hour content. Some standard software may already be available on some websites that charges $7,000 per half hour rate? It could be some interactive displays and small handheld Mpeg4 digital camera captured backgrounds? Interesting product development?
