Leo,

I got in today at 45 7/8. I am in for the long term. I do believe that this stock continues to be a value. However, it has got to hold the close above the 44 3/8th price that it bounced from a couple of days ago. This is a very strong and growing market for their products, and the company should continue to do well.

I did call the company today before I purchased and they maintain that they expect to meet or exceed estimites. I have found two estimates for the qtr. one for .53 and one for .57 any idea which one they may be talking about? They also confirmed that the $12 mill order for PWAV was for equipment they do not make or sell. It really looks like this stock fits the "buy on panic" mold.

One question that I forgot to ask and perhaps you can answer is -- why did they make good money in FY96, and then lose a good sum of money for FY 97 -- FY 98 looks good as far as the estimates...but it seems strange that they would lose money for one year.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Ian
