Define "weaker". In the context of your last post, define "stronger".

And eugenics wasn't really a factor in "Brave New World". There wasn't any weeding out of unfit, everyone was just tailored for their role in society. So making good prenatal care available on an income basis, like we have now, is pretty close to BNW.
