Bush-Cheney are DISASTERS at national defense. Who else could have totally decimated our Army, Marines and Guard within a few short years? Who else could have recklessly rushed into a quagmire without regard to truth or honesty? Who else would have lied like they did to the American people? Who else would have ignored all the warnings before 9-11 and been AWOL onb terrorism.

It is a complete phony myth that the rightwing will keep this country safer. Just the opposite is true. The rightwing makes so many new enemies and alienates so many allies, then goes out and tries to conquer the world. A recipe for disaster. Also, after 2008, unless we have a presdient who is very-very different from Bush-cheney our problems are going to continue. If Kerry were presdident now we'd be out of Iraq already and be mending feces and killing real terrorists (but not invading irrelevant countries) all over the place.
