" Ok - please, without emotion, define how it is remotely possible to implement Kyoto. Any numbers from you would be welcome. No emotion now - - some numbers. China is exempt and just became the worlds largest emitter of CO2. Please someone tell me how Kyoto makes any possible sense. I think the real issue for discussion is how "concern" over CO2 will impact development of the Canadian Oil Sands. Now that is something for resource investors like us to ponder.
