Ed,

Do you know how the company was allowed to sell the leases to Florida without a shareholder vote? The fact that the state of Florida settled with Coastal for a measly $15M showed that Coastal has some sort of legal claim on the property. If Coastal's claim was bogus, why settle? This deal smells pretty rancid to me....

Is there ANY hope for this company or is it time to write off the investment and take the tax loss?
