Say Tom, You still in the mortgage biz? We're getting all kinds of conflicting reports up here about US markets. ARM resetting and sub-prime woes versus some other stuff. Relatives from Seattle are up here this weekend and say the local market is sizzling. All kinds of one acre lots being converted into houses in their area. My wife's brother just put his house on the market (small house, nice area) and sold over the asking price. Real estate in Canada is still pretty hot, too. How are things on Orry-gone? CD
