China has a brilliant zero population growth concept, but there is a flaw. The Chinese are anti-female, so they are selling girl babies to other countries so they can use their brat quota to try for a boy next time. What is going to happen when these millions of boys reach puberty and there is one babe for every 3 or 4 of them? Talk about a reason to invade somebody. Ask the Sabines, as the Romans killed them and took all their women.
