The REFR stock fraud ...can't believe it's been over 4 years since I covered my short position. Would love to start a new one, but the float is completely locked up and I can't find stock to borrow anywhere. Of course, one great signal that the next "dump" phase is commencing is when you start seeing shares appear in Ameritrade, Etrade and Fidelity margin accounts.
