Addi, *if* CNBC said that ASND's insiders have sold out most of their shares that would be extremely poor (and in my opinion prejudicial) reporting on their part. To begin with, every ASND employee (not contract worker) gets stock options. Execs (on the reporting list) have huge options yet to exercise. As for selling off those shares already vested the reports to the SEC indicate what amount they still retain or beneficially control - should be easy enough to check those reports for a factual basis for CNBC's remark, if you did recall it correctly.
