ISIS Didn't close today's UG & after having some good upticks in the last hour of trading, it finished near its intraday H of $11.90, which was made at 3:54PM (It cloaed at $11.80)Although is trading down some AHs.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced today that it is due to receive $26.5 from ALNY as its portion of the recently announced transaction between Roche & ALNY.(ISIS also has the potential to receive future milestone & royalty payments.) The stock is trading above its Jan-Jul Hs & is now off from the DT coming from its Nov 13 H at the $14 level.(Nov 13 was when it had a larger UG after announcing that patients taking a dose of 300mgs/week of ISIS 301012 for 5 weeks had a 51% reduction in LDL, a 42% decline in total cholesterol and a 41% drop in triglycerides beyond the levels achieved with statins alone. bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
