It is the righties who use the court and trade agreements to force their issues on to an unwilling public.

Structural adjustment programs are precisely that. Moneyed people throwing their weight around at the cost of the welfare of the poor.

And the courts have pretended for years that corporations have the legal rights of human beings when that was NEVER part of a court decision. Thus the corporations have used the courts to an extraordinary degree to enforce their dirty work. Everything from a court decision that says that Fox had the right to fire their reporters for not being willing to lie on an issue to corporations using their size and money and threats of legal action to drive their competitors out of business.

You are totally wrong. It is the righties who use the courts to force their issues on to the public. Look at the corporate pimps who Bush has appointed to the supreme court.
