Personally, to give the benifit of the doubt to peace ,i would say there is not a snowballs chance in hell that the kurd ,sunnis and shiites will be able to come up with a plan to share an oil wealth that is not geograficly evenly distributed.

The obvious solution seems to be to nationalize the oil industry. Just because the well is 10 miles from your home doesn't mean you get more of the well's value than some Iraqi who lives 1,000 miles from the well.
