Being located close to the Texas Strangers, I've learned long ago never to assume that stupid behavior and ownership of a baseball franchise are incompatible. And this story coming from the realm of Rudolf "Il Duce" Giuliani lends it some credibility.... nytimes.com OTOH, it's just something I read on the 'Net.
