What I found amusing was Gupta's report where he talked about how long Canadians wait for common procedures and then hurriedly rushed past the point that of six industrialized countries, only Canada had a longer wait time than the US. No wonder Canada is the favored whipping boy on this issue. Everyone else with universal health care, well, ok, of the six, has shorter wait time, lower cost per individual and a higher life expectancy. I tell you, it is worth paying 3 or 4 times more...
